What is the best way to contact you?
We strive to respond to inquiries within 48-72 hours. The best way to contact us is through the submission form on the Contact Us page. You may also contact us through phone, text, or Email. During high volume periods, we may experience delays due to a larger volume of calls and are unable to respond in as timely of a manner as we would like. Please feel free to reach out to us again if you have not heard back and are still in need of services.
How do I schedule an estimate?
Estimates are provided at no charge. For your convenience, we can often provide estimates without an in-home consultation. Small projects, and repairs, may often be assessed electronically based on description and photos you may be able to supply. Larger, or more complicated, projects usually require an in-home consultation to properly quote. Appointments are typically made Monday - Friday during business hours.
What is the process for removal of acoustic (popcorn) ceilings?
Acoustic ceiling removal is essentially a three step process. We begin by removing, and disposing, of the acoustic material. Next, the ceilings are skim coated as needed to prepare for finishing. The final step is the application of your desired texture, or finish. Upon completion of your project, your ceilings will be ready for painting within 48-72 hours depending on the weather. Estimates are based on height and square footage of ceilings. Small projects of 250 square feet or less can be completed in one day. Larger projects typically take 3-4 days.
What is the process for repairs?
The scope of work needed for repairs due to water damage, electrical and plumbing deletions, and general damage varies depending on size and location of the damage. We can repair walls and ceilings back to their original condition. Most repairs can be completed in one day. Our minimum charge for repairs is $300.
What textures and finished are available?
We offer a variety of texture options for new construction, or to match your existing finish. Smooth and imperfect smooth finish (hand finish), skip trowel (hand finish), knockdown (spray finish), and orange peel (fine, medium, heavy spray finish).
What is the typical scope of work for a drywall project?
Customer is responsible for removing furniture and fixtures from the work area as needed prior to commencement of project. When we arrive, we will mask off the work area including: floors, cabinetry, walls (if ceiling work only), etc. for protection and containment of dust/debris.
Prices quoted include masking, labor, materials, cleanup, and removal of debris unless otherwise specified in work order. Upon completion of the project your drywall will be ready for paint. *
*Painting is excluded and is the responsibility of the customer. It is important to note that sufficient drying time is required prior to application of paint. Drying times vary and are assessed based on the scope and nature of the project, as well as seasonal conditions at that time. Painting before properly allowing the finish to dry can damage the texture and require further repair.
